Where's My Kevlar Vest?

H'ok, so I won't be updating for a few days, I'm going to Detroit for the weekend for an American Guild of Music fundraiser thang.

Real quick, I got to my car yesterday, because I was going to drive around and do errands, and it had another flat tire. Jesus fucking Christ that's annoying. But whatever, I got this little air compressor and its all sweet and stuff. Oh, and I got myself a $10 purse because I earned it.

The Yellowcard concert totally kicked ass, although I wish I could have gone to the last GSA meeting of the semseter. I ended up setting up for the Virgin Records Megatour Village in the morning, when I couldn't talk and some guy felt sorry for me because he thought I was deaf or something, so he gave me a bunch of gum. It was funny. I'm chewing it right now. Calm down, its not like it was date rape gum, it was this promotional Dentyne stuff that they were giving out. I also scored 3 CDs which I will listen to at my earliest convenience. Woot.

My goldfish died the other day, so now I only have the ugly little silver one left. Pretty sure he's gonna die while I'm gone. But whatever, I don't love him, I only loved the pretty one.

Okay, it's time to go now, I'll be back Sunday afternoon/night. Muah.

Tomorrow is the last actualy day of classes! Woot! However, it's going to be the longest day in the history of the universe. Ever. Actually today was, but tomorrow is gonna be just as long. Here's today's schedule:

Wake up -- 10:30
Meet W/ Ana -- 11:45
ASL Exam -- 12:30
Kroger W/ Lia -- 2:00
Catch up on my effing email -- 2:40
Rec. for Senior Citizens -- 3:30
RSO Meeting for SAC reservation dates -- 5:00
Grawn to print everything in the world -- 6:00
Spanish -- 7:00
Program Board Meeting -- 8:00
Alternative Breaks Meeting -- 9:00
Homework -- Until I die

So, today was a really good day, minus running all over hell. And I got a lot done. Now I have to do a weeks worth of Spanish homework, then go to bed, because my schedule for tomorrow is just as bad:

Wake up -- 7:30
Be @ Finch for the Virgin Megatour Village setup -- 8:00
Go to the OGLP -- 12:00
Spanish Exam -- 1:00
Community Health -- 3:30
Dinner -- 5:00
Yellowcard Concert Setup -- 6:00
Yellowcard Concert w/ Mae -- 8:00

And all the while I can't speak because I'm doing a Day of Silence for oppression of gay people. Woot. Hello sign language. I can start speaking at 6:00 though. Good stuff. Off to Spanish homework.

Sad News

I just heard today that my high schoool geography teacher, Mr. Ossy, died in a car crash on his way to Anchor Bay today. That is so sad, this was last year, he had a month before retirement. Here's the news story.

So... in GSA, we're playing Assassins. I love it. So far I've killed: Char, Robert, Dave, Michael, Megan, Ben & Jayme. I dominate. I actually killed Jayme twice, but the first time didn't count because it was her office hours. Then Cat & I staked her out in the cafeteria, I pretended to leave, then went back in & we sat at different tables, Cat at one where she could see if the knife was in her hand or not. As soon as she put it down, Cat was like "SHE PUT IT DOWN, SHE PUT IT DOWN" so I hauled ass over there and poked her. Woot.

I think I want to start an Assassins game in Larzy for next year, it would be uberous amounts of fun. Hmm... I'm sweet like that.

Last night I discovered a lot about myself in a mini road trip with Jenny, Phil & Ben to Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids. I discovered that my wedding is gonna be hot,I like the Pussycat Dolls, I love gay clubs, I don't want no scrubs, McDonald's coffee is crap & I'm completely useless after 2:00 am. I had such a good time last night, it was so much fun. First, we went to "The Zoo" in K-zoo. Just a wee bit seedy. Then we went to Diversions in Grand Rapids. We danced and danced and sang and drove. Woot. I love road trips. We also played a few ridiculous car games, such as Sam, Jenny, Phil & Ben trivia and the Charlie Rose game. Good stuff. Then we planned our dream weddings. I'm pumped, I think I need to get married... like now.

I want to go clubbing now. Damnit. Well, off to do loads and loads of homework. Laters.

So... around 10:00 pm last night, Jayme & I went to Kaya to do homework, where we ran into Jay... thus not much homework got done, atleast on my part. I had a Fuze... which was delicious and only 10 calories for an entire bottle. Yummy. Then we went to Campbell Hall front desk, as the lovely Phil was working. I think we stayed there until about 3:30. Somehow we ended up at Lil Chef and I had so much coffee. Wow. So of course I was giddy as all hell. Jenny read some stories that she had written, which were effing hilarious. Woot for short stories. I finally got back to the dorm around 7:30 and fell asleep at about 8:00. Then my body decided that I'm not allowed to sleep when I'm on caffeine overload. I woke up every hour, finally staying awake at eleven. So now I'm totally wired.

In other news, my fish are still alive and I think I want to get a livejournal. Everyone is on livejournal & I would definitely get more readership. Hmm. Maybe I'll just duplicate this blog on Lj. I just don't know.

Oh, we got a new movie channel up here, which is kinda cool, as Madagascar is on it. Woot. It's channel 35 by the way. Very interesting, indeed.

So I've been uber busy for the last few days... actually the last 5 days. I can't really say what I've been doing because I do not remember, but it's been a lot. On Tuesday, I went to the John Corvino & Glenn Stanton debate, then we went to dinner with them afterwards. It was good fun. Oh, and the "Asian Chicken Salad" joke from Margaret Cho came up, as someone at the table ordered Asian chicken salad... everyone looked at Jenny and asked if she wanted "chicken salad"... apparently Asian Chicken Salad is not the salad of her people. Whatev.

Damn... I'm on a Mac & I can't do hyperlinks again... I'll do them later.

Yesterday was a long day. Steph came up & stayed last night. Good fun. We watched Margaret Cho: Revolutions. Sweet. I passed out just after persimmons.

This morning I had breakfast with the lovely Jayme. Congrats on Secretary/Treasurer. Woot. I had a delicious bagel this morning, then I went to Nutrition. The professor decided that we can come next Tuesday and take the exam or skip that class and take the exam during exam week. I think I'm going to go ahead and do it this Tuesday, just to get it out of the way. I've got a lot to do today... ASL in about 10 minutes, then I'm going to the SAC while simultaneously studying for Spanish, then I'm coming back and doing homework. I'm doing homework for a very long time today. Thou shalt not sleep.

I need to repaint my fingernails. Like whoa. Oh & this weekend looks like its gonna be long as well. I don't have much to do on Friday, besides pack up whatever else I can, but dad is coming up on Saturday morning @ 8:00 am. Bah. Fixing the car & taking home the futon among other things. Thanks dad. Ok, gotta go to class now.

Well, yesterday didn't turn out like I planned, but it was awesome. Around 5, Jenny came & kidnapped Ben & I and we went to a new coffee shop called Fifi's French Press. It's very La Vie Boheme meets Paris. Loves it. We ran around downtown Mount Pleasant for a few hours, then went to see
Scary Movie 4 at 9:10. It was surprisingly funny. Somehow we ended up at Phil & Aaron's and decided to dye Easter Eggs and make a creepy hand out of wax. Fast forward to 5:00am when I got back to my dorm. Let's just say I fell asleep quickly. Now I want to watch A League of Their Own real bad. I've got the song that the team sings completely stuck in my head.

H'ok, so... here's today: Well, I woke up around 12:00 and went down to brunch. I ran into Bob Lewan and we ate together. He's seems pretty cool. Around 1:20, Jason & Becky got here and we left. Oh, and Jason got me a kit for my car that includes jumper cables. Woot. We got to the riding stables about an hour and a half later. Sweet. I looked like a cowgirl today too, braided pig tails and all. I rode the horse named "Milo". He was pretty good. I wish we had gotten to ride more though. Then we went back to Becky's parents' house and had a nice dinner. I got back to the dorm around 8:00. Bedtime.

I'm still reading About A Boy... that book is taking me so long. Every time I start reading it, I start to fall asleep. Speaking of falling asleep, last night I started watching RENT and I didn't even get through Tango Maureen. I fell asleep before they even started tangoing.

I've decided to start a new blog, but this one is more about current news events and such. It's called Why The French Hate Us. I've only done one post so far, but I'll begin on it soon. I think I need to make an edgy new background & layout for it. Hmm... I'm thinking some neutral colors... and hot pink. Hmm... maybe I'll add a tagboard & stuff. I don't know. I don't need a new project for myself, but I do love being busy.

Today I think I'm gonna go out with Benjamin to Kaya... should be fun.

Anthony Rapp Coming To SVSU!

Currently watching: Degrassi ... Oooooh its good

Today was a very nice and relaxing day. I got up around 10:00 and had breakfast with Lia & Amanda, then went to Nutrition to turn in my project. Then the professor turned on Super Size Me, which I have been wanting to see forever. Woot. Then I went to ASL. It was wonderful as always. I wish that people here knew sign language so that I could practice more. Around 3:00 I went to Kaya with Jayme and I got to do math. Not gonna lie, I was way too excited. I get some kind of unnatural high off of algebra. Then Benjamin came over and I yet again did his faux hawk. I'm becoming something of a hair dresser. Love it. Oh, and Jayme gave me this awesome stuff to use to make the faux hawks better. Woot.

Went to dinner, then went to class for a while. My teacher's assistant was wearing the most ridiculous hat. It was a pink John Deere hat. Utterly ridiculous. Whoa. My fish won't stop pooping in their "tank", there are fish turds lining the bottom & I already changed their water once today. Anyhoo, Ben & I went back to Kaya, then Phil & Aaron kidnapped us to go to Tim Ho-nuts... I mean Tim Hortons. I got really naseous around this time. I just got back from Phil & Aaron's & it's 2:30. Good times.

I heard that Anthony Rapp (Mark from RENT) is coming to Saginaw Valley State University on Monday, April 17 @ 7:00 to give the keynote speech about the AIDS Quilt that is travelling the country. I really want to go, like nobody's business. If anyone wants to go & preferably can help with getting a ride, let's do this!

Oh, and I don't think that I mentioned this before, but Paul Wesselmann is an excellent speaker, so if you ever get the chance to see him, do it. While we're on the topic of speakers, last night after the OGLP banquet, Ben & I went to check out the speaker that was at Plachta, Morris Dees. The NSM (National Socialist Movement) was protesting him. Yeah, they're the skinheads. Want to know how to freak me out? Yell mean things and protest against everything good. And be jerks.

I'm totally looking forward to horseback riding on Saturday! Woot! Now I'm off to watch RENT.

Hop The Border

So, what the hell is going on in this country? Yeah, I don't know either. I do know that I heard something absurd the other day. There's this whole deal going on about immigrants getting a guest worker permit so that they can work towards their citizenship. I can't seem to wrap my head around this issue. Why would anyone want to deny someone the right to come into this country, one that is clearly having issues with it's leadership, might I add. It seems to me that the borders should be open to anyone that may want to enter. What I find completely perplexing is that this country is chock full of immigrants. No one who is fighting against these immigrants has any right to, as it is quite likely that their families came here no more than a few hundred years ago. The only people that could possibly have an issue with this would be the Native American's, who the United States clearly could give a shit about anyways, as we've never asked their opinions before.

If someone could give a valid argument about why we should close our doors to immigrants, please let me know, as I cannot seem to. Just remember, you wouldn't be here if it weren't for immigrants. Gah.

I think we should all try to immigrate to Mexico, just to confuse everyone. Meet at my place at 9:00 & we'll take a caravan.

This week has been a blur of craziness. Monday I did a workshop, so I had to skip my Gerontology class. Good thing I worked it out with my professor first. I've been having some long days, let me tell you, I can barely distinguish between Monday and Tuesday and now it's already Wednesday. I'm really looking forward to this weekend. I'm going horseback riding with Jason & Becky on Saturday, then I think we're going to Becky's parent's house for dinner. Woot. I seriously need some downtime with my brother, life is just getting too hectic and I'm having a hard time dealing with people. Although I do thrive on being busy all the time, right now I feel like I have no support and thus I feel like hell about everything that I do. Don't I just sound like miss drama queen? Yeah, well whatever. I've earned it. Oh, and it turns out I didn't get that job at the desk. That fucking sucks. I'll just have to start hunting around for a different job now. I'm going to stop by the library to pick up an application I think.

Have I mentioned that I'm excited about going horse back riding? Because I so am. Those horses are gorgeous. Please just let this week end. Oh, and I'm not going home for Easter, does that make me a bad person? I honestly have no interest in leaving 3 weeks before the semester is supposed to end. I'd be shocked if the family got together anyways. Well... I'm off to Spanish. Hasta luego chicos.

Today was a fun day, we had Pridefest because it is pride week up here. Good fun. I got three fish. I only named one, Pedro, because he's the smallest one. After the fest, Aaron, Ben & I went to Kaya for a bit. That was nice. Then we went back to my dorm so I could give them faux hawks. They turned out pretty sweet, except for the fact that Aaron has about 32 cowlicks. Then we went to dinner downstairs. Good times. Ben stayed and we took a whole bunch of pictures, which was fun. I felt like a photographer. That'd be an awesome job, if I do say so myself. Too bad. I'm pretty sure we went back to Kaya for a bit. Damn those Chai Tea Lattes, they get me everytime.

Hmm... I'm updating from a Mac right now... I kinda like the setup of it, it would take some uber getting used to, but I do sorta like it a little bit. It's interesting. Although, for some reason, I don't have all of my options for blogging, like I can't do hyperlinks and change the text... which is sad, I'll have to fix it later.

I got all pumped to watch Grey's Anatomy tonight, only for it to turn out to be a rerun. Gosh darn it. OH oh oh! So I found Degrassi: The Next Generation episodes on the internet to download, for free! I found it in google video. I was pumped. And there are episodes from the season that just started! Woot! I'm pumped. I'm pumped and I want an i-Book. Damnit.

Today was such a special day. First of all, it's Nana's Birthday (75), so happy birthday Nana. Second of all, today sucked. So I'm in my car today around 2:00, going to pick up Benjamin for lunch at Max & Emily's, anyways, I'm in the library lot, as it is really close to the music building. I'm not quite sure what happened, but I pulled out of that parking lot, heard a funny noise coming from my car, and then I drove to the nearest lot, which happened to be the one in between Barnes & the UC. I get out of my car in investigate the crime scene and guess what. My tire is comletely flat. So I drive it about 20 feet to a parking space and get out to survey the damage yet again, like it was going to change. Oddly enough, it did change. Now my tire was completely off the rim and just kinda chillin' in the wheel well area. Boy was I pissed, because I'm pretty sure that that was the tire that was just replaced and apparently the Discount Tire people don't know how to seal a tire correctly. That said and done, I called Phil and Aaron so they could come pick me up. Soon we had 5 people in the car on the way to Max & Emily's. We ate and it was delicious, then we walked around down town for a wee bit of time, stopping for a minute at Green Tree. Woot.

Ben and I went to Jenny's to hang out for a while, along with Dave & Jenny's sister, Jill. Nick was cutting something up on the floor for the entirety of our visit. Around 6:00, we went back to the car, this time with Dave, who knows stuff about cars. Good thing my car comes with a jack that wouldn't lift a kitten off the ground. Long story short, we called my insuarce company because I have free towing and such, and they came to change my tire for me. Phil showed up sometime in here. As they were pulling away, my car wouldn't start. I think I pissed off God. After an hour or two, my car took a charge and I drove it away into the sunset.

Later I went to a benefit concert and Vanessa was playing. It was pretty good. After that, Phil, Ben & I went over to the party at Kristen's house. I promptly killed my second assassins target, Robert Emigh. Sweet. We stayed for a little while, took some interesting photos, then we left. Good times.

The Drag Show was such a success. Wow. I'm pumped. So I went to Phil's today and got clothes... but he sorta dressed me... how can I say? He dressed me like a lesbian. There, I said it, now get out your pitchforks and slay me. So I got redressed by random men and it worked out. I also bought a Fedora from Target because it was uber clearanced. Too bad I couldn't wear it for the drag show. I finally decided that I'd just wear girl pants, since my rear end sorta makes any pair of boy pants look like girl pants anyways. Oh, and Fifty did a goutee for me... then she got her saliva on my face. Watch while I die, I hate saliva. I think it worked out well though. I'll be posting pictures later. Our show was totally off the hook. I think the audience liked our rendition of NSync. It was sweet.

I think the best part of the show was the "after party" at Shoney's. That place is absolutely disgusting, first of all, that's why I ordered exactly a Coke. This was like the "La Vie Boheme" scene out of RENT, it was amazing. I think I went to dinner with about 4 professional drag queens. Amazing. And one of them bitched out someone. Woot. That's the way life should be.

Ok, so after the shitty first part of the day, the rest was lovely. I went to Kaya Coffee & Tea Company for a little bit and had a Chai Tea Latte. Mmm Good. I've decided that that is the best coffee shop around, granted I've not been to the other ones, but this one is definitely my style. And they have wireless internet. Hello, I'm living there. Then I went to the GSA office and hung out with Ashley for a bit, then to the library (ok, we stood outside) with Jenny, Dave, Nick, Ben & eventually Phil. That was a bunch of fun. We went off to dinner and then I had to go to class. After Spanish, I went to the Kuhlavi computer lab and Jenny, Dave & I instant messaged each other for about 45 minutes, while sitting in a row. Then we went to the comedy show, featuring Jason Stuart. He was uber funny. Then a few of us from GSA & OTF went out to dinner with him and I ended up sitting across the table from him, which was a lot of fun, as he was a very funny man. Oh, and he's been on a million TV shows, like mother effing Will & Grace. That lasted for about 2 or 3 hours, before we finally had to leave Bennigan's. Now I'm back in my lovely room getting ready for a lovely sleep. Tomorrow should be good times, I have to go to Phil's around 1:00 to get some boy clothes for the drag show, then I have rehearsal @ 2:00. I'm pumped. Buenos noches chicos y chicas.

Holy hell, was I pissed off. I'm pretty sure that I'm not gonna get the deskie position now. And you want to know the stupid thing? I set my alarm for 9:30, so that I would have ample time to get ready. Too bad I set it for 9:30 pm... Anyways, I'm going to start putting out applications all over campus now. Shit. So yeah, great start to a mediocre day. I haven't done much else, really, just went to class and I'm going to Maplewood. Sweet.

Have you ever gone to a movie, watched it all the way through, then felt completely unsatisfied when you were done? I just did. Although Watermelon Woman had potential, I was rather unimpressed with it. I liked the idea that it was a movie about making a documentary and that could have gone very far and been very interesting if it was pursued in the right direction. I think that it was going for a dramatic, unpolished look, however, it achieved a tacky result. I remember one quote that made me cringe, one of the characters was trying to get the other one to calm down, instead of saying "calm down" or "chill out," she said "Kool and the Gang." Please tell me, does anyone say that? Ever? Granted this film was made in the mid 90s, it tried to use slang that was completely demented. Oh, and not to sound like a bigoted douche bag, but I don't think that there were any straight characters in the film at all. Ok, go ahead and slap me next time you see me, but I'm serious, if the writer was trying to make a realistic film/documentary, then there should be a few token straight characters, as not every single person in the Philidelphia metro area is gay.

Although an interesting concept for a film would be to turn the tables and have straight people living in a heterophobic society instead of gay people living in a homophobic society. Maybe I'll write a book about it. Then I could sell it to a screen writer, who would try to woo me with delusions of grandeur and maybe buy me a new hybrid car, but I would have to seek out other options because I'm not going to sell myself to the first bidder. Then there would be a bidding war over my extraordinary novel and I would become rich. After that, the screenplay would sit in some dark, dirty room at Time Warner for a few years. Then miraculously one day, an intern would stumble upon it and give it to his or her boss, who would promote them and they would be payed large sums of money to produce my film. Then it would flop at the box office, but I would still make money on DVD sales because I'm awesome. I love delusions of grandeur.

You know what just popped into my head? Remember when they had those batteries, Duracell I think, and you could check how much power they had left by pressing your thumbs on the two little white dots? Where did they go? I loved those and I grabbed a battery today and tried to do that, however there were no dots or energy indicators, so I just looked kinda special.

I have to go to bed now, I have a big day tomorrow! At 10:15 a.m. (I know you're asking yourself how I will ever wake up for that) I have an interview for a Deskie position at the Larzy front desk. I'm pumped. Then I have class from 11:00 'til 2:00, then I'm at Maple wood until about 6:45, then la clase de espanol until 8:00, then I'm going to Phil's to raid his closet for the drag show. Wish me luck!

So, I have a little party in my head every time I get a new comment... it obviously doesn't take much to get me excited... anyways, moral of the story, leave me comments, tell me what you like, tell me what you hate, tell me about your day, tell me about someone elses day, I don't care, I just love comments. I'm done whining now, goodnight.

Adios futon...

Family Trust by Amanda Brown ...I'm about halfway done now

I wish that I wasn't taking Community Health. It is by far the most boring class I have ever experienced. And I don't even need it now. Whatever, I can still get an A in it and it'll boost my GPA. Okay, so I think I have a sleeping problem. No matter what time I go to bed, I can't wake up before ten a.m., even if I've gone to sleep around midnight, I still can't wake up. Hmm. Well, I don't mind now, but it's gonna get to me when I start working at the Village again. You know, 5:30 mornings as opposed to 10:00... not my thing.

I've been listening to Pop by NSync almost all day long, I finally switched to some Franz Ferdinand and Fallout Boy before my brain started to fry from the excessive boy band music. I never got into the whole boy band thing. But when I was in middle school, I was listening to Elton John, Boy George, No Doubt, Joni Mitchell and various other musicians that my mom listened to.

So, I've recently found out that we have to have everything that takes two people to move, including carpet and such, out of our dorms 2 weekends before exams. How crappy is that? Now I have to talk mom & dad into coming up here to retrieve my futon. I'm pretty much going to give them everything I own and survive with only my computer, my electric kettle and a bowl. That's it. Ok... maybe a pencil or two. And some highlighters. So I'll keep my alarm clock and bike too. And some books. OK, I'm done. I don't like this kicking us out weeks before we have to leave thing. Not my bag, baby.

Maybe tonight I'll get some homework done before I have to practice for el drag show. Hmm... or I won't. Just not sure. I know I'm gonna get some Spanish done though, I just want to get that out of the way before the weekend, since I'll be practically living at Maplewood this weekend so as to get my hours finished. I'm still stuck around 40. Ugh. But if I do this right, I can get about 4 done inbetween classes tomorrow, about 5 on Friday before the show, 9 on Saturday and 9 on Sunday. Thats 27 hours, which leaves me with only 13 or so left. That's sweet, and it leaves me with only about 1 more weekend of torture. I mean sitting around Maplewood while the oldies sleep. Fun times.

Ok, time for my favorite class. Woot.

So I'm pretty sure I did something that I'm going to regret very soon. I was going to be late for Spanish this morning because I got up around 12:20, so I decided to ride my bike. Enter rain and snow. And to make matters worse, I decided to go to the SAC because I had an insane urge to run. Now I'm sick. Fucking A. ... I guess it's nothing a little chai tea and dad's chicken soup can't fix. Let me just say that I am getting so much use out of that little illegal electric kettle thing. I love it. I use it just about every day. Woot. Wow, I'm gulping down this tea like it's my job.

In my non sleep, I've come up with a few fun room layouts for the dorm next semester. Hmm... what the mind wraps itself around when I'm tired.

Maybe if I start thinking about gerontology, I'll lull myself into a deep sleep. Maybe.

Counter culture overload...

So, I really want to be selected for the free Conan O'Brien tickets. And I want to see the musical Wicked, now that I've read the amazing book. I think everyone should read that book, it puts an entirely different spin on The Wizard of Oz. I loved it. I might just read it again, you know, after I go back and read the entire Harry Potter series. I'm serious too, that's what's frightening.

Right now, I'm sitting at my desk and realizing how disorganized it is. I like to think that I'm a somewhat organized person. Except for my desk, that's where my inner crazy comes out, as Cat can probably attest to. It looks like a murder scene, minus the blood. There are about 5 different papers laying on it, a book or two, a few newspaper clippings, markers, scissors, 2 hair ties, 3 different CD cases, pictures, wires, a nail file, the sweet button that Cooper sent me, along with the Union Jack keychain and a coffee mug that I just drank chai tea out of. And you should see the inside of the desk. That's where my truly secret inner crazy person comes out. It's a tragedy really. Sometimes I get an idea about cleaning out my desk. Then I realize that I need each and every item in it for some reason. Eh, I'm ok with being mildly screwed.

This week I think I'm gonna have a counter culture overload. The international film festival is finally here, so I think I'm gonna go see 5 movies, that way I can split the cost of a 10 ticket pack with someone and save some cash. I've decided on: Watermelon Woman, Mardi Gras: Made In China, Good Night and Good Luck, Memoirs of a Geisha and My Summer of Love. Although there are a few others I'd like to see in there...

Ok, I think it's time to go to bed and read now. I'm out.

I signed up for 2 classes this summer @ Macomb. I decided to take the art class that I was gonna take, then I wasn't, then I was, then I couldn't get in, now I'm signed up for it. The other one is a 3 week political science course. Both of these non-related classes are going to satisfy some University Program classes that I have to take, so that's lovely. All together I'm paying $475 for 7 credit hours... which is about equal to taking 2 credit hours @ CMU. Woot. I'm pumped. Ok, I'm signing off. Laters.
